The KiCad project is proud to announce the latest stable release of KiCad.The 4.0.7 stable version contains critical bug fixes and other minorimprovements since the last release. It also includes improved footprint,symbol, and 3D model libraries, translations, and documentation.

The stable release version 4.0.7 is made from thestable 4.0branch with bug fixes cherry picked from thedevelopment branchof KiCad.

Donate via CERNI updated to the Developer's Beta for Yosemite and realized my build for KiCAD no longer works!!! I decided to build it again, using the Beta release of Xcode 6, and wanted to post my findings.
Some compilation errors are occurring on Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite. If you can, add or modify your patches to support these modifications (in the future). All changes needed to build KiCAD have been noted below. https://masterever224.weebly.com/mac-os-109-5-download.html.
I'm not sure why these errors are occurring, since most of the changes shouldn't have been needed in the first place. It may just be because Yosemite is in beta, but these changes are needed at this time.
